Katie and her team teach both horses and humans with patience and compassion. They welcome students of different ages and skill levels. Katie believes in building a strong foundation. She trains a variety of different horses, including but not limited to, green/unbroke horses, troubled horses, and tune ups. Children will not only get the opportunity to ride horses every day, but they will also learn horsemanship, horse care, grooming, tacking, untacking, bathing, horse colors, horse breeds, nutrition and feed, conformation, how to measure horses, and other fun things. Camp curriculum will be based on age and experience of campers. Any and all horse questions the kids have are encouraged by our knowledgeable instructors. Your child will not only get the opportunity to bond with one “Mane” horse, but will also get the opportunity to work with several types of horses.
